It's mostly my friends and family!

My posts sometimes get comments and of course I like them, or respond if it's a question

I spend time building real relationships with local folks, both business owners and potential customers or clients.

I respond to messages straightaway and post post post!

If someone searched for your business right now, would they know exactly where to go, what you offer, and how to buy?

I think so but it's probably worth double checking.

Uhm... it depends on where they go online?

This information is definitely available, it's so annoying that people struggle with this!

I'm more spontaneous and like to try lots of things, I figure something will stick

I worked on this a bunch and it's very consistent now.

I like to use lots of colors and pictures to keep it fun

I think I'm finally close to really nailing it! But social media changes so fast that I have a hard time keeping up

Do you have a system, or is it all last-minute panic posts, be real here!

I plan ahead and have a solid system, but yeah… sometimes I end up tweaking things last-minute to keep it fresh.

I wouldn't call it panic... but definitely at the last minute!

omg I'm always working on it! But there are def some panic posts that slip in.

I'd like to do it every day but I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to do so I often skip entirely, to prevent panic posts!

Are you tracking what’s working, or just crossing your fingers?

Crossing my fingers and toes!

I'm not too sure if you can really know what's working? It's hard to track people like htat, so I often just cross my fingers

I track my data carefully but don't always know how or when to adjust

I'm always trying something new, my existing customers and clients say I'm everywhere, so that's good data.

They’ve seen your post… now what? Are they actually walking in, or just ghosting you?

Sometimes they come in! I don't really know who or why though, but I'm just glad they're there!

It happens regularly that someone comes in because of my results, but I still sometimes feel like a ghosttown.

I don't think someoen's ever come in from my social media.

I wish I knew, but nobody sees my posts!
